The project Neuköllner Geschäfte unites artists and shop owners and aims to discover what it means to do business in Neukölln. 5 shops will be in focus of 5 artists and art works will be produced within the shops and the shop windows.
As a warm up, we went out to the streets to find out from the inhabitants of Mafikeng what they are missing in their city. Drawing inspiration from the public the Mmabhato stadium will later be the testing ground for site specific interventions that provide for the dreams for Mafikeng.
